At ICONIC , we are a veteran family-owned business. Shonda and I both are transplants from Texas and Louisiana, respectively. Our story is unique in how we came to live in the Midwest. Zack has always been in the Midwest roofing, but the railroad brought Shonda here. Two southern people in the Midwest were destined to meet. Six years later, two kids, and a few dogs, ; we have decided to make Lenexa, Kansas, our home.

Shonda and I strive to maintain the highest standard of integrity, honesty, quality, and professionalism daily. We carefully select each and every person we bring on at Iconic Roofing to possess these attributes, along with their own unique personalities. CEO

Shonda Segura is the CEO of Iconic Roofing, a well-established company located in Leawood, Kansas, founded in 2021. Drawing from her background as a paralegal and her experience working with reputable organizations, Shonda brings invaluable skills in organizational management and strategic planning to the company, contributing to its growth and success.

Her husband, Zack, boasts over 22 years of expertise in roofing and general contracting. He takes charge of project management at Iconic Roofing, ensuring that every undertaking is carried out with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Together, Shonda and Zack form a formidable team, blending their complementary skill sets to steer Iconic Roofing towards continued achievement. Their joint leadership has solidified the company's standing as a trustworthy and reputable entity known for its integrity and superior craftsmanship in the roofing industry.

Zack has lived in many parts of the United States and visited a lot of different places while being in the Navy until he settled down in Lenexa, Kansas, with his wife Shonda, two children, and his 3 dogs.

Zack loves spending time with his wife, Shonda, family, friends and never meets a stranger. If you don’t see him on a roof, either inspecting or helping his team, you will most likely catch him in a movie theatre, pool or helping neighbors at the drop of a hat.

Mario hails from the heartland of America, proudly calling Kansas his home. As a dedicated member of Iconic Roofing's back office team, Mario plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth administrative and financial operations of the company. With his meticulous attention to detail and expertise in financial processes, Mario ensures that every aspect of the company's administrative duties is handled efficiently and effectively.

Tiago

General Manager

Tiago, originally from Brazil, embarked on a transformative journey when he relocated to Kansas in 2022. With over 23 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development, Tiago assumed the role of General Manager at Iconic Roofing, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to the team.

Outside of work, Tiago's love for soccer is evident, whether he's cheering on his favorite teams or playing a friendly match. He also enjoys spending quality time with his spouse and their cherished dog, Moana, embodying a balanced and fulfilling life in Kansas.

Mike

Sr. Sales Associate

Mike is a native of the Kansas City area and is very familiar with how our extreme weather can damage a roof. He has been in the industry for 4 years and has experience in both residential and commercial roofing. Prior to roofing sales, Mike was a physical therapist for 20 years. He has made a career of helping others solve a wide range of problems, and he will utilize his skills to develop solutions to any of your roofing issues.

Adella

Sales Associate

Adella, a 40-year-old entrepreneur and devoted mother of three boys. Originally from Mexico, she's called Kansas home since the age of nine. Married to her high school sweetheart, she finds strength and joy in family bonds. Adella's love for fitness and the outdoors fuels her adventurous spirit, always seeking new experiences. As a natural helper, driven by a passion for making a difference. With her hustler mentality, Adella fearlessly tackles new challenges, inspiring others to do the same.

Alex

Sales Associate

Alex grew up in the Kansas City area. He graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with an Exercise Science degree but found a passion here at Iconic Roofing. Alex is a driven young man who will go to extremes to make sure his clientele are satisfied and jobs are done to our high standards.

Collin

Sales Associate

Collin is a Topeka native, and is new into the roofing sales industry. He has previous sales experience from working with Schwans home food delivery. He is one of the funniest but most personable people you will meet. Collin's hobbies include watching and betting on all sports, photography and working on his Jeep.

Jaremiah

Sales Associate

Jaremiah, hailing from the picturesque town of Sturgis, South Dakota, brings over five years of invaluable experience to the roofing industry. His love for the outdoors extends beyond the workplace, as he finds solace in fishing and camping during his free time.

What truly drives Jaremiah's passion for his job is the opportunity to forge connections with new people each day. For him, every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

Michelle

Appointment Setter

Michelle is a highly experienced appointment setter with over 25 years of experience. She thrives on being in the field and has worked across various industries, specializing in sales. With a background in the roofing business and having previously owned her own telemarketing company, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Sales Associate

Blake, the youngest sales associate at Iconic Roofing, is currently pursuing his associate's degree at Johnson County Community College. Outside of work and studies, he's an avid enthusiast of mountain biking, dirt biking, and classic car shows. Blake's passion for outdoor adventures and vintage automobiles reflects his energetic and well-rounded personality, making him a valuable asset to the team and his community.
